Almost by accident, reading my stories aloud morphed into a multi-media live performance a couple of years ago, subsequently becoming the WordSong show. With my good friend and master guitarist, Keith Thompson, I’ve dragged WordSong from bookshop to literary festival, from village hall to pub (always a favourite, that one). Come and see us if you can!
An evening of Story and Song, Performance and Poetry
WordSong is a unique event, featuring spoken word and musical performance by artists, writers and poets. It presents a vibrant showcase of contemporary storytelling, acoustic music and modern poetry.
Here are links to a couple of my short stories as MP3 files. I hope you enjoy them.
